Stewardship and Finance deals with all matters relating to congregational stewardship, from encouraging stewardship in congregations to examining and attesting congregational accounts to ensure that they comply with the General Assembly’s and OSCR regulations, and setting the Mission and Renewal contributions for each congregation in accordance with the formula set by the General Assembly’s Stewardship and Finance Department and any other matters referred to the Presbytery by that Department. Considers congregational applications to the discretionary fund.
